Planning your NEC equipment purchase

• For projection procurement, confirm throw distance, image size, ambient light and lens compatibility against each model’s documentation.
• For displays, compare screen dimensions, mounting requirements, input connections and intended operating schedule before specifying a model.
• For audio systems, plan room coverage, signal routing, amplifier compatibility and mounting before selecting components.
• For cables and accessories, verify connector types, signal direction, required length and compatibility with the connected equipment.
• For video and conferencing, confirm platform compatibility, camera coverage, connection types and room layout.
