1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the RobertsonAV website and your purchase of products from RobertsonAV. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and the products ship, or when we otherwise expressly accept it. We may decline or cancel any order in whole or in part — for example, when a product is unavailable, when we suspect fraud, or when an order cannot be verified. If we cancel an order that has already been charged, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled items.

Quotes issued by RobertsonAV are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to product availability at the time of order.

3. Pricing and Errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We work to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount charged, or contact you with the corrected terms before proceeding. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless other terms are agreed in writing. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We may verify payment and billing information before accepting or shipping an order, and we may hold or cancel orders that fail verification.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping methods, estimated timelines, and freight handling for oversized items are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. Please inspect deliveries promptly and report shipping damage or shortages to us as soon as possible so we can assist with a carrier claim.

6. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Product Information and Warranties

Products sold by RobertsonAV may be covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product; contact us or the manufacturer for details on a specific item.

Except as expressly stated, products and this website are provided "as is," and RobertsonAV disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Product specifications and images are provided for reference and may be changed by manufacturers without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RobertsonAV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of this site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or an order will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
