Small spaces

Huddle space AV systems

Huddle rooms are usually deployed in quantity, so the goal is a short, repeatable bill of materials: an all-in-one video bar, a display sized to the room, a way to share content and the hardware to mount it all.

Pick one configuration, confirm compatibility with your meeting platform and network policies, then quote it at the number of rooms you plan to fit out.

Frequently asked questions

What size display suits a huddle room?

It depends on the distance from the display to the farthest seat and the content being viewed. Measure that distance and compare it with the manufacturer guidance for the display; spreadsheets and detailed drawings need a larger image than video calls.

Is a USB video bar or an appliance-mode video bar better?

USB bars rely on a laptop or room PC to run the meeting software. Appliance-mode bars run a supported platform on the device itself. The right choice depends on your platform, IT management policy and whether rooms are booked or used ad hoc.

How should I quote a rollout of many huddle rooms?

Send the standard room configuration with model numbers, the total room count and the delivery schedule or sites. Quoting the full quantity at once gives a clearer picture of volume pricing and availability than quoting room by room.

Ready to price this system?

Send the room count, your component list or model numbers, quantities and delivery timing. Ask for lead times and availability to be confirmed on the written quote.
